Vibrations is a (partially) silent short film that gives an insight to the life of young girl who is profoundly deaf. The girl who remains anonymous identifies her struggles and experiences of living her lifestyle.
The film concludes with the message that being deaf - doesn't mean that you can't hear anything at all. Through dancing and moving to music, we can feel the music by following the movement of others.
It is with gratitude that I found the participation of Danielle Mckay and the Wellington deaf community to help me to comprise the following film. Some- feel to hear. Inspired by the Jamie xx clip, Sleep Sound.
